Preparations and how to operate
Carefully read the instructions and manual.
Check the power voltage(220V).
Connect the power code to AC220V outlet.
Turn on the power switch.
Press the time adjustment button and set the desired time. The time can be set to 20 mins, 40 mins, 60 mins, 120 mins continuous, etc. (8 hours)
Press the temperature adjustment switch and set the desired temperature.
Use the device when the appropriate temperature is maintained 5 minutes after turning on the power.
The method of heating can be used in various ways as following, which you may choose according to your needs.
Turn on the LED lamp switch if you wish to feel the LED light.
Operation time of approximately 30~40 minutes is appropriate, and you may adjust the time in accordance with your body type or condition.
